How many people can play?: Sign up a team of 3 to 8 players on our BOOK NOW page. If you have more than 8 people, please contact us to book your Escapedom adventure.
How much are tickets?: Our price per ticket is $28-33. The more players you have, the cheaper it is per person.
Does Escapedom host parties and events?: Escapedom is the perfect destination for a birthday party, team building exercise, bachelor/bachelorette party or a guys/girls nights out. We offer our party room with tables and chairs to rent at $50 an hour while it is in use (gameplay time does not count). If you're interested in bringing decorations or have any other set up questions, please contact us directly at info@escapedom.com.
What should we bring when hosting a special occasion at Escapedom?: We offer a pizza package which include pizza, sodas/water, plates, and napkins for only $10 per player. If you would like to bring in your own food, drink, and utensils instead, you are more than welcome to do so.
Is there a minimum age?: While we have no hard and fast age limit, you can find our suggested minimum age limits for each room HERE. We have also released a kid’s version of The Lair which now has a minimum suggested age limit of 8 years old. Players under 18 must have an adult present on site, players under 16 must have adult present in the room. Players under 7 years old must have majority adults in room.
Are your facilities wheelchair accessible?: Unfortunately, they are not.
Where can I find parking?: Ample street parking available, most metered parking ends at 7 PM PLEASE READ SIGNS. Holidays may differ.
Can I cancel my reservation or receive a refund?: At this time we cannot offer cancellations or refunds on purchased reservations, however, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking. Thank you for understanding.
Do you have any specials for birthday parties?: Bring at least three of your friends with you and the birthday boy/girl gets in free! Just show proof of D.O.B. within 7 days of your scheduled booking. This promo cannot be combined with any other Escapedom or third party promotions.
Can I book more than 8 people?: We get it, you're a social butterfly with lots of friends. Email us at info@escapedom.com and we'll try to accommodate your request.
What if my group is small, like two or three people?: Our rooms are designed for at least 4-6 players. Groups under 4 players may see increased difficulty levels in our rooms, although they are certainly still do-able (the unlimited nudges help!)
Can I book a day/time that is not on the calendar?: Email us at info@escapedom.com and we'll try to accommodate your request.
What if I want to exit the room before 60min or before solving the puzzles?: No worries! We monitor your progress and even check in on you if needed.
Are the rooms scary?: No, our escape rooms are designed to be fun, challenging, team building and thought-provoking experiences.
Is it safe?: Yes we are a Secure Play certified room by ARENA and we were physically inspected at the highest level for quality and safety assurance. View details "here"
Where are you located?: Escapedom can be found in sunny Los Angeles, nestled in the heart of Westwood. Our address is 1373 Westwood Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90024 on the second floor. We are 1 mile from UCLA and not far from the 405.
